arts festival 2024 sign ups

WE'RE STILL HERE. and we're still doing the arts festival!! i do apologise for the radio silence as sometimes life just has a way of not making you do things and stuff, but this is still gonna happen!! icly, it'll happen on the 27th to the 28th of april, but i'll be posting it on the 30th of april due to rl scheduling and such.
for any newcomers, there's an ic announcement here, if you'd like a bit more context.
this post is mainly a bump of the previous ooc post for signups! so if you'd like your character to join in various parts of the festival, check the links out. i'll be randomising winners for the tournaments on the 24th of april, sign your characters up!
