arts festival 2024 tournament winners

hello everyone! thank you all for your interest in the tournaments and for signing up! rng has happened below the cut are the winners for the tournament.

these are done in advance and posted before the festival post themselves so the players can plot out any threads they wanna do for it or handwave, whichever!

as mentioned, the festival will be happening icly on the 27th to 28th, but posted on the 30th due to scheduling circumstances.

fighting tournament:
- there was initially a 3rd place planned but due to the number of signups, i've opted for just 1st and 2nd place.

That works for me. I do have a top level in the festival log. Take your time. I think it will be close as well, yeah. These two sound like powerhouses.
