I'm not sure whether I should offer Hijikata (he and Marco ought to meet IRL after the Paths incident, and he'll also be participating in the mansion blob battle) or Frieda (she'll be glad to see Marco again and will be part of the support team for the prior mission, like him), but we can just see what works out - unless you have a preference!
