Eating a Shadow Moth will give someone horrible stomach aches, as they're creatures of shadow and darkness. They will continue to live for a while in the stomach.

Eating any of the duets will just make the person feel colder, hotter, heavier or lighter, depending on the kind of duet they are; gale would make one lighter and flame hotter. There are no other significant reactions.
