Event Plans: -I'm not sure about the tattoos because Rinku should probably be joining the "avoiding the tattoos for cultural reasons" club (and also she's 17 why would you let her get one anyway), but she might get a temporary one because she uses those in canon anyway, and not getting one would lock her out of the mansion plot and possibly other plots in the future right when she's gotten strong enough to fight. -Portal plot doesn't seem to rely on them, so I'm in for that either way! Rinku is open for a duo or group to go into the portals; this might freak people out, but she's gotten good feedback on the results of her training lately and wants to join the fight. She might still need looking after, but she's doing her best, okay. -Unsure about the mansion plot, see part 1. If I don't send her, she can just chill in the city doing whatever.
