OKAY SO if someone were to boil the sewer water that is affected by the rejected potions in order to like, cleanse the water, would the effects of the potions be lessened in any way if someone were to use/drink it?

edit: actually additional question since I thought of it, since characters can sell the vials from the Passionate Energy quest, would it also be possible to buy those vials.
