I love their CR too. ♡ Hijikata is still going through his "I HATE TITANS (except Eren) AAARRRGGGHHH" phase right now, but oh man, is he going to learn how much more messed up it really is!
He can only imagine how crappy it feels to have one's feelings (and mission failure) exposed like that! He'd hate it if that happened to him, so again, massive sympathy (that he'll simply put a lid on and compartmentalise away).
As for quests, does Levi have a partner for Windy Risks yet? Tragically most of other quests he is interested in are the ones Hijikata is trying to avoid... but that doesn't meant I won't puppeteer him into any you'd really like to do! (Hijikata is interested in Ice Cold Reflections / Plant Octopi Are Evolving, but I feel like we put Levi through enough non-con inner life exposition in front of him for the moment, and him not knowing how to swim would devolve the whole thing into an argument before it can start!)
