I might have some other questions later once I'm more awake but a few questions for now:
Megumi here has electricity powers, would she be able to help power - even if temporarily - any objects in any way? And if the answer is yes, would she be able to volunteer as a power source for any major necessary objects while backup generators are being set up?
Also asking this just in case, but regarding the sky, would someone be able to see past the veil with x-ray vision or would there be any effects of Making The Attempt at all?
Regarding the vampires: if a character doesn't have blood, would they be less at risk of being targeted at all?
